The way to start looking into a custom banner is very simple-- just start talking with us. You can call or write, but the kind of information we'll be asking for is stuff like:
     --Is your banner for indoor or outdoor use?
     --What size and shape is it? Is it an Angle Flag(tm)?
     --Is it single or double sided? If it has lettering, does it need to read correctly on both sides?
     --If a logo is involved, we'll need to see it. Does it need to be done exactly or can it be simplified or rearranged to fit          the banner?
Your phone number is very helpful. There are often additional questions, and the easiest way to get an answer is to phone.

Don't worry if you only have a vague idea of what you want or if you have questions. We have lots of experience in working with people to clarify and understand what they want. We take pride in giving people a product that is better than what they thought possible.

After we have all the information we need, we'll give you an exact price. Then, if you want to go ahead, we'll need a deposit of half. The next step is to do the artwork. When that's done, we'll send you a proof and color swatches for approval. After getting approval, we'll go ahead and make the banner. Final payment is due before we ship.

Normal delivery of custom work is usually four to six weeks from the time we receive the deposit. If you need something done more quickly, we can often accommodate you. We always meet our delivery commitments-- if we told you you'd have it by a certain date, you'll have it by that date
