| How to Order from us |
| You just need to contact us and tell us what you want. Several ways to contact us are listed at the bottom of this page--phone, email, fax, and U.S. mail. In addition to a description of what you want to order, we'll need your name and shipping address (not a post office box), phone number, email address if your have one, and payment information (credit card number, expiration date, and name on the card). There is no order form on our website--if you want to order over the internet, please email us with the information listed above. If anything in your order is not clear to us, we'll be in contact to clarify it. |
| We prefer to have people phone us with orders because then
we quickly can ask questions to make sure we know what they want, and we can let them know
about options they may not be aware of. If you place your order another way
(email, fax, postal system), please try to include a phone number,
preferably a day phone. Payment: We need a deposit of 50% when the order is placed. The balance is due before we ship. We give a discount of 1/2% for payment in full when the order is placed. The easiest form of payment for us is a credit card--Visa and Master Card are preferred, but we also take American Express. The information we need for a charge card is the card number, the expiration date, the security code on the back of the card, the name of the card holder exactly as shown on the card, and the billing address if it’s different from the shipping address. Checks are also fine. Buy more than one flag and get a Discount: If you buy several Bisgrove flags at once, you get discounts on all except the first. The discount is $5.00 on flags costing over $100 and $3.00 on flags costing under $100. (The most expensive flag in the order counts as the first flag. This discount cannot be combined with a larger sale discount.) Delivery: Almost all orders are made-to-order. We stock very little. Delivery is usually approximately three to four weeks. If you need faster delivery, please ask if we can do it--we often can. Shipping costs $9.50 per package ($11.50 per package for west of the Mississippi) for normal size packages using UPS ground service. Each pole counts as a separate package. Flags and brackets can go in the same package. UPS 2nd day air costs approximately $16.00. UPS next day air costs approximately $28.00. (We apologize for the high price we must charge for shipping, but every year we end up with a shipping deficit--it costs us more to ship, than we are charging for it.) Sales Tax: We must charge sales tax on deliveries to Massachusetts. Return Policy: We’ll be as accommodating as possible, but not everything can be returned. Please don’t return anything without prior approval. Approved returns can be accepted only for credit toward future purchases. Please keep in mind that, since our design collection is so large, we make up flags only as they are ordered, and it may take a long time to sell something that has been returned. Naturally, custom flags and flags with special colors or lettering cannot be returned. |
